We use whatever works for you.
Let's face it, the more money you pay... the faster it gets to you.
That's not us, thats the courier services.

Within ontario, 3-5 buisness days
Within North America, 6-10 buisness days
Outside of North America, 7-12 buisness days
Russia, 5-6 hours... what? we got a good deal okay?

Return Policy

We here at Prime Suspect Distribution take pride in personally reviewing every package that leaves our facilities, making sure that everything is in order before your purchase is shipped off.

All products are refundable for full re-enbursement, IF they meet the following criteria:

Cd's: The jewel case is unopened and is still in it's original form.
We personally press and review every cd that leaves our facilities, making sure that no damaged disk leaves the warehouse.
However if you receive a damaged product you may send it back for review.
If we decide the cause is of poor shipping, you may A) ask for a return of your money or B) simply have a new undamaged product shipped to you.
If we see that there is A) no damage or B) damaged caused by misuse or deliberate/ total disregard, you will have no return options.

Clothing, wristbands, etc...
If the product is the wrong size or not what you ordered (that shouldn't happen, but everyone has there days)
Send it back with a letter explaining the issue and we will A) send you the right size or B) return your money.
The above also applies to incorrect orders and backorders.

If the product is damaged we will use the same method as the above damaged goods procedure.
